All Memberships include a subscription to the Horseman's Yankee Pedlar.

VII.          Membership

Membership is required to register horses and to participate in NSHR classes on the District and Championship Finals levels.

Membership is required for riders, drivers, handlers, trainers and at least one owner.  These membership rules will also be required to participate in NSHR classes on the Local level commencing April 1, 2006.  A copy of membership cards, proof of registration and ownership will be required by District and Championship Finals show management.
